With Pelican Industrial, we’re taking the next step. We offer larger, functional and modern commercial units designed to give businesses the space they need to evolve. Our units range from approximately 70 to 200 m² and can be tailored to specific needs – including access to electricity, heating, alarm systems and shared facilities such as kitchen, toilet and parking. Whether you’re in construction, logistics, e-commerce, showroom operations or simply need extra space – we provide flexible solutions that work.
Pelican Industrial was founded in autumn 2024 and currently operates four locations – three in Greater Copenhagen and one in Länna, Stockholm.
The site in Länna opens in October 2025 – but pre-booking is already available.
We are continuously expanding with more sites across the Nordics, always focusing on strategic locations near highways and city centres. Our facilities are designed to meet modern businesses’ expectations for accessibility, safety and operational efficiency.
As a tenant at Pelican Industrial, you will also have a dedicated Operations Manager assigned to your site. This person makes regular visits to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you’re satisfied with your setup.
